All custom-built amplifiers are made to order based on the customer’s specific selections and requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all custom amplifier sales are final. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications prior to confirming their order. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we will assess the issue and, where applicable, repair or replace the item at our discretion.
